Full-time, exempt position responsible for purchasing, maintaining and supporting IT systems for the end user. The position will have overall responsibility for the IT helpdesk that will provide frontline support to end users for computing, network, phone and media. Directly supervises the helpdesk support team, the PC engineering team and the campus support teams. Will meet regularly with campus and district administration and other teams to understand their needs and update them on new initiatives and key performance indicators. Must possess technology expertise in operating systems, system administration, help desk systems and phone system.
* EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or closely related field plus four (4) years full-time, directly-related experience, OR
* Associate's degree plus six (6) years full-time, directly-related experience.
