The Advancement division at Dartmouth College seeks an experienced business systems and data analyst to join our Information Management Systems & New Media (IMS) team. In addition to working directly with other analysts, this new team member will work closely with programmers and application training specialists within the IMS team to promote the use of data and technology by our Advancement partners across campus.


At its core, this role requires the fundamental ability to draw insightful conclusions from data in order to inform decisions made by our business partners throughout Advancement. A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with at least six years of demonstrated experience using technology to perform data analytics and enhance business processes derived from close interaction with our business partners, preferably in a college or university setting. In addition, solid communication skills, the ability to work on a Scrum team in a fast-paced environment, and fluency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle SQL, OBIEE Data Warehouse, and PowerBI are highly valued.
