May lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business or systems issues.

The business analyst is responsible for collaborating with our customers while providing consulting services and technical support to help them leverage their use of our products for maximum impact with DocuSign. The incumbent may assist in the creation of business process analysis artifacts, including but not limited to use cases, user stories, requirements documents, sequence diagrams, process flows and vision scope documents. Assist in on-boarding and planning project execution, allocation of resources and scope. Assist in building the strategy and roadmap for various DocuSign product offerings, keep up with the product roadmap and communicate to user base. Help to drive adoption of the product and participate in project decisions, escalations, prioritizations as needed to achieve program goals and objectives. Activities include operational vendor management, attending UC monthly DocuSign calls, maintaining and developing a community of practice, on-boarding new users, and providing training and mentoring if needed.

The incumbent will be the business analyst for the ongoing service. Working closely with vendor, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the DocuSign cloud application is configured to meet security, compliance and policy requirements. The incumbent will also be responsible for understanding existing/new capabilities, recommending or configuring changes, coordinating with the campus for testing, assist with testing best practices, and also help test where needed. The incumbent will assist end users in migrating the solution to production if needed. The incumbent may be required to write and develop reports to capture key performance indicators for measuring how product objectives are being met.

The UCPath/ODS Team provides technical services for the campus UCPath ODS, PPS interfaces/reports, CruzPay Interfaces & Reports, and DocuSign Services. The primary work is the development and maintenance of the UCPath ODS, CruzPay Reporting, ISSM, Study Abroad, DocuSign Services, and all the data integrations associated with these enterprise systems. The UCPath/ODS Team is part of the Business Applications Group.

The Business Applications Group oversees a diverse set of enterprise Financial, Staff & Academic Human Resources applications and interfaces, Time and Attendance interfaces/reports, an Operations Data Store, the International Students and Scholars management application, a Facilities Management application, and provides technical project management advisement to business office teams for SaaS-based solutions.

Qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

Thorough knowledge of business and process analysis functions.

Strong skills and knowledge of methodologies associated with analysis of processes and problems, information flow and architecture.

In-depth understanding and skill in process and systems requirement documentation standards, such as Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative description.

Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds.
