RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under direction of the Computer Operations Supervisor, perform skilled technical duties related to the installation, repair, and maintenance of electronics equipment requiring a comprehensive understanding of audio visual (AV) equipment and digital technology systems; provide support of campus classrooms, meeting rooms, and exterior equipment; and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Any combination equivalent to: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in electronics, computer technology, or a related field; OR At least two years of college level course work in electronics, computer technology, or related field AND three years of increasingly responsible work experience in audio visual and/or electronics maintenance and repair.

Additional directly related experience may substitute for some education.

SALARY & BENEFITS: Range 32, Steps 1-6, $5,358.50-$6,521.76. Initial placement for external applicants is Step 1. An excellent benefits package which includes medical, vision, dental, retirement, vacation, generous sick leave package, and life insurance is available for the employee and eligible dependents.

WORKING DAYS & HOURS:
Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (Approximately). Work schedule may be adjusted to meet the needs of the department.

STARTING DATE: As soon as the successful candidate is identified and following the subsequent governing board approval.
