Information Technology Services (ITS) is CSU Bakersfield's central IT organization, providing computing, infrastructure, telecommunications and support for the teaching, learning, research, business and outreach activities of the University. Under the general supervision of the Director of ISEE, the incumbent will be responsible for providing business analysis, consulting, design, and development of forms and workflow for the campus. In addition, the incumbent will also provide interface development and support for various systems and develop the integrations needed to drive online forms.

DUTIES:
Online Forms & Workflow Development:
Work with campus constituents to analyze, document, and streamline business processes
Build workflow to support various routing hierarchies and approval processes.
Develop responsive online forms that integrate with backend systems
Set up integrations to allow data collection directly into enterprise systems (Microsoft Active Directory, Peoplesoft, OnBase, etc.).
Develop reports and dashboards allowing campus constituents to see their forms and where in the workflow those forms reside.

System Administration:
Administer online workflow and integration system

Other Duties:
Attend training and maintain skill and knowledge to keep current with upcoming technology
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
