Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary

Position provides high level engineering expertise across the full lifecycle of the systems, services and solutions provided by the Enterprise Identity and Access Engineering group. The Enterprise Identity and Access Engineering group provides the full spectrum of identity and access management services and solutions. This includes but is not limited to identity databases, identity related data feeds and integrations, authentication and federation services (radius, ADFS, SAML, LDAP, CAS, etc.), user credential provisioning automation, password management, and end-user IAM self-service portal.

Responsibilities

-Envision, design and implement the full lifecycle of enterprise Identity and Access related systems, services and solutions, ensuring their quality, stability, recoverability, and security

-Develops and automates complex data integrations for IAM data across multiple critical systems

-Drives root cause analysis, debugging, support and post-mortem analysis for security incidents and service interruptions

-Automates complex system management tasks

-Diagnoses and resolves complex problems

-Develops and maintains documentation of systems, services, processes and procedures

-Mentors junior staff 8. Provides on call support responding to incidents on nights and weekends

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's from an accredited institution of higher learning in computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Required Experience
Six (6) years of related IT experience including two (2) years of application development or systems automation experience and two (2) years running mission critical systems

Able to design, analyze, evaluate and implement complex Identity and Access related systems, services, and solutions; Able to anticipate problems and proactively develop appropriate solutions; Able to function with autonomy, making sound and timely decisions as appropriate, and using good judgement to determine which decisions should be escalated; Able to diagnose and resolve complex problems; Able to appropriately assess and communicate risks, benefits, and alternatives; Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines

KNOWLEDGE
Extensive knowledge of Identity and Access infrastructure operations; In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts and methods, database and application development, business process automation, real-time data integration, authentication, authorization, and accounting protocols; Must be well versed in current and emerging technologies, technological trends, and industry best practices for their areas of responsibility

SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills; Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite); Strong attention to detail and follow up skills; Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
