Programmer Analyst

World Campus Learning Design at The Pennsylvania State University, is seeking a highly motivated programmer to help develop and support course content delivery systems and tools. The successful individual will work in a highly collaborative team-based environment to meet the needs of delivering online courses at scale.

Successful applicants will be skilled in PHP and Angular and have good team communication skills. They will also be able to work in structured application development and deployment processes utilizing tools such as Docker. Experience with SQL Server for database related development is a plus. The ability to learn and create innovative solutions to problems is desirable. Experience working with Content Management Systems and Learning Management Systems is preferred.

Typically requires an associate's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional education and experience may be required for higher level jobs. This position can be performed remotely and does not require physical relocation to the Penn State University Park Campus.
