Software Analyst Programmer

What We Are Looking For

A Software Analyst Programmer to be a part of our team responsible for supporting and maintaining a portfolio of enterprise applications that directly influence the educational experience of our students, faculty, and staff. Play a crucial role in addressing user issues, managing user access, and troubleshooting technical problems. Participate in software development, integration, testing, implementation, and support of our cloud-hosted Ellucian Banner ERP platform. Contribute to team projects focused on improving existing functionality and implementing new features. Work closely with a supportive team of tech enthusiasts who value insights and ideas that ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and sustainable.

We are looking for a person with proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL and a solid understanding of programming principles and best practices. Someone with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. A person who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Preference will be given to someone with familiarity with Ellucian's Banner ERP, experience developing reports from Oracle or MS SQL databases, or proficiency in one or more of the following: Linux command line, C, Pro*C, .NET, Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and/or XML.
